We are running a referee training event and they will need fencers to referee!!
Any fencers who are over 12 years old, have attended Monday, Wednesday or Thursday evening club for at least a year are very welcome.
Come and get a free sparring session and help us train the new generation of referees!
From 13.30 to 17.00 and you’ll get a lot of sparring, understanding of what refs are looking and insight into the rules and regs!
Please help support your club
Fencers please bring full fencing kit and working electric equipment where they have it. This is an active sparring session, so please include any relevant injury, medical or fitness information when booking.
By booking this free sparring session, you confirm that you and your child have read and agree to follow the relevant Cambridge Sword policies, including the ‘Fencer Code of Conduct’, ‘Parent/Carer Code of Conduct’, ‘Arrival, Collection and Supervision Policy’, ‘Equipment, Kit Loan and Armoury Policy’, ‘Spectator and Competition Conduct’, ‘British Fencing Membership and Insurance Requirements Policy’ and, ‘WhatsApp and Digital Messaging Policy’. You also acknowledge the ‘Member, Parent and Participant Privacy Notice’.
